First of February BioPort will kick off a novel research project named “Deciphering pathways of fatty acid efflux and their use to optimize microbial cell factories” in collaboration with the Roger Schneiter group in Switzerland, Université de Fribourg. This FWO-SNSF project will be running for four years and we hired a new PhD student to conduct this exciting research.
